I love beetles products - this comes up as clear and wasn’t what I was expecting.

A bit tricky to avoid the cuticles for meA bit tricky to not apply too much and make them too thickIt would be nice if a little container for the slip solution And the solution that cleans the brush etc was already part of the kit as you will need itIn generalNot to difficult to applyLooks nice straight awayI’ve applied gel polish on top and it works okI’ve been playing with this and like itUpdate in mid mayI’m not a fan of the slip solution and got another one that actually works and leaves a lot less sticky residueYou might/will need a nail primer to make it stick betterThe nails looked always pretty decent but came off VERY easy even without major work with my hands. And if you used to but your nails, this is even easier to remove by mistake

I absolutely love beetles I have many of their products and they are the only gel nail products I will use on my own nails and on others nails so I though I’d buy this poly gel set and give it a go but when I got it the lamp didn’t work at all ! To say I was very unhappy was an understatement as bettles have never let me down before so this did shock me I will be emailing and asking for either a new lamp to do be sent or a refund to be issued

Took a while to get it right but once you get the hang of how much to apply they're great. Stayed on for around 2 weeks but I do a lot of housework with no gloves, but you can easily reapply without a trip to the salon which is great.

I am by no means a nail technician . I bought this out of pure curiosity and for fun . I wasn’t too disappointed . The products were as described and nicely packaged . Great brush and applicator . The nail files buffers were good . I already had my own LED /UV lamp and I purchased my own slip solution separately . The image shown are my nails before and the nails after . I built up my nails with the pale pink nail gel and then applied a sparkly gel polish over the top . I wanted to build up a broken nail and lengthen my other nails by a fraction .I prefer a shorter more natural nail than the longer stiletto or coffin shaped nails . Overall it took lots of attempts and watching various YouTube tutorials to see how to do it . It was tricky to do but I found holding the nail form up to the light showed up any inconsistencies in the thickness. I have to say the clear gel to me is pointless it’s much harder to judge the thickness . I haven’t used the white gel . The darker pink and the pale pink are lovely to use and pretty colours .My nails are still on after a week but I can see where they will lift (That’s more to do with my application though ) The first set I did lasted a good two weeks but they were too long and I kept pranging them . One split . I was impressed with the look of my nails when they came off . I was worried they may look dry or damaged but the included Base coat I feel is very good .The nail forms were good and weren’t too curved . It’s really important to measure them against your nails before and the ge real advice in the tutorials was to go a fraction bigger than the actual nail .It’s definitely practice makes perfect and you have to clean up each nail as you go along or it will look messy . I strongly advise watching YouTube tutorials but this is a lovely product and I’ve had fun with it .

Easy to use but gel is a bit too sticky than it should be. Easy to remove off nails when needed. All tools needed are included too. For the price they’re great. Especially for beginners

I normally work with a builder gel and were a little bit sceptical despite loving the nail gel polish from this brand. Im not the biggest fan of the brush especially the “pallet knife “ on the other side as its quiet thick. The polygel itself its in a nice consistency. It came with nail forms, both base and top coat plus slip solutions. The only difficulty i found is that the clear gel is harder to apply as even when using a slip solution its very sticky. After several attempts and changing slip solutions i have managed to do the nails. Overall its a nice set and the polygel is strong. My daughter been wearing now for almost 2 weeks now and not even one have broke.
