Paragon Medium Capacity Towel Warmer, 72 Count

Works great! So far I have had no problems with this towel warmer. Wish it was able to sanitize as well.

Excellent quality product. I originally bought a less expensive cabbie through Amazon and ended up returning it shortly after it arrived. I bit the bullet and spend a little more to get this paragon cabbie and what a great decision it was. Excellent design, quiet close, no strang smell and heats up quickly and holds a perfect temperature. Highly recommend.

Very good quality. I have used other towel warmer but this one is the best so far. You can fit about 10-14 hand towels.

Gets the job done. The door does swing open pretty far and seems a little loose but honestly, that could be due to us putting together wrong. We use it in a professional spa setting everyday

A towel warmer just doesn't get any better than a Paragon. You. An actually hear (not loudly by any means, but if you listen for it) the door seals shut! As opposed to the other one I bought on ebay, which had an actual GAP that let all the air escape & heat up the massage room!! If you're looking to buy a towel warmer, get a Paragon, you won't be disappointed.

I bought this for Christmas on my Amazon account as a gift from someone else to me for my at Home Massage and Skincare practice. I have finally "opened my doors" and like the way this towel "warmer" looks and how small it is. However what I HATE is that it does not have a way to adjust the temperature. The towels are WAY TO SCALDING HOT, you can't hold them when you take them out, (I am not sensitive) I have worked in SPA's for many years and used many different Towel warmers. Hot is nice, you shake it out and it is hot in a way that is effective and feels good when applied to someones face, neck, feet or back. However NOT these towels from this cabi, they would burn your skin. Too much time is wasted shaking the heat out and initially like I said, you can't even hold the towel. I am so disappointed. I see no where to contact the seller for help.

Worked fine for 2.5 years wth dry towels and neck warmers only, then died. Will try another brand for half the price, given what appears to be only moderate reliabilty for the highest priced unit for its capacity. I would think it would have more reliability issues if used for wet towels, which ours never was. The doors look identical to cheaper brands, so maybe this is one of those productswith identicalparts sourcing, but selling for twice the price. Replacement parts and labor make repairs cost prohibitive.
