How are they with paperfeel?

Yes they are quiet and they work quite well. The only problem that I have noticed with these tips is that they will yellow a bit over time and will not match the pencil, which is a little bit unfortunate.

Is there any way to know which one is which if they fall out of place in transit?

It doesnt matter they all do the same thing, but some have a softer tip and others may be hard tipped you can tell by touching them , but it doesnt matter which spot they are in.
