I just like the silks sleep mask they breathe if you get sweaty during the night you should have a couple of them so you can switch them out great for people who are disabled

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the mask was. I have had masks in the past that were somewhat soft but just didn't fit like I had hoped for. It is larger than others that I had tried, which seemed to help a lot. "Try it, you will like it".
