I love this brand. I like that there is a variety pack option for on the go, since I travel for work half of the month. It is easy on the stomach, easy to incorporate into either teas, coffees, or smoothies, etc. it has a great effect on my skin, as well as my gut health and joints. I feel good when I have this during the week. Id give it a try:-)

An excellent product! I feel a for a boost of new energy since I start taking it. Easy to mix, adding it my protein powder in the morning and to my polyphenol rich tonic in the afternoon. Nice flavor, too!

This will be the 2nd round of ordering this product. That should tell you something. The first time I used it for 6 months. I knew it was working because my nails were stronger, grew fast, my skin was softer, the bumps on my face cleared up, and my hair grew faster as well. I stopped ordering just because I needed to cut back on some things. However, the front of my hair was thinning and knew I needed something to boost it. I kept hearing that biotin was essential and found it in the product. The taste is yummy! I just pour a little bit of water add 2 scoops, stir, and chug. No gross aftertaste and easy to swallow.
