Due to a baker's cyst behind my knee, it is quite uncomfortable to do household tasks or do any exercise for very long. Wearing this knee wrap really helps a lot, by supporting the knee and giving the cyst area proper compression to prevent fluid build-up. I've used Nikken products for many years, and they do not disappoint. It feels rather hot in summer weather but is otherwise reasonably comfortable. This one seems a bit snugger than the one I bought last year. Wearing it every day for 10-11 months has worn out the stretch. I recommend this product for knee issues.

I am in my 60s. I jumped off a Step Mill like I was 30 and injured ligaments in knee. I wasted money and purchased a knee brace I had seen on TV at my local drugstore. Those hunky former athletes had me believing that knee brace they were selling was worth the money. ha!! That was a HUGE mistake and a waste of money. I eventually remembered, I had previously owned a Nikken Kenko Knee Wrap. The fit is snug but not too tight. It provides the support needed for my knee to heal. I would purchase it again.

I really like Nikken used to sell many years ago still have some items but not this item. Great item little snug but works great.

I bought my 1st Nikken knee sleeve in 2008 after knee surgery. It works great for swelling and fatigue. I used the sleeve several times a week for 14 years. It just started to stretch out so I bought a new one. Again it is wonderful and relieves my knee pain and swelling after a long day on my feet. I highly recommend this product!

I believe in Nikken products And so I ordered the knee wrap and I measured myself carefully before ordering. I ordered the large I am not a particularly large person but that was according to the measurements. However it is so tight that it cut off circulation to my foot I had to cut the top and the bottom so that it would not constrict blood flow and even with that it was too tight so unfortunately I have to throw it out

For a size large they were way too small and the price too high. There are great knee sleeves out there that are only a fraction of this price and the quality is extremely good.

I've been a fan of Nikken products since the 90s. My recent purchase of this knee sleeve is to relieve occasional arthritic pain and as insurance against that "catch" that sometimes threatens my life on the stairs! It does need breaking in, though. It's uncompromising support can leave some nasty grooves in your leg if worn too long during the first month or so. My husband has had his for about 5 months now. After a warm wash and hang dry, it's gotten quite comfortable and is more easily pulled in and off.

Really helped relieve my knee pain. No other knee support has ever performed this well.
