What are the dimensions of the box that the pillow arrives in?

It's not that big of a box, the pillow is rolled up nice and tight.

How do you take off the plastic that pillow comes in?

I just tore it off so the pillow could unroll and air. There was no problem with any unpleasant aroma. Oe of the things I like best is the zipper opening to the foam filler so one can personalize the firmness. I kept the removed foam bits in case they become useful in the future.

Are you happy with this pillow?

Yes. It also comes with extra foam but I didn't need it. It is a large pillow and some of my pillowcases are to small for it.

Is this soft plush, medium firm or just firm?

It can actually be all three. It comes with extra foam that you can add for more firmness. I took out some of the foam to make it a bit softer. It’s a great pillow! I would recommend it.
