Can these balloons be filled with helium to use as centre pieces for tables?

Yes. I bought the balloons to release them outside to honour my son's birthday.

How long do they last onxe inflated with Helium?

Not very long as the helium seeps through the latex so probably best to inflate no more that a couple of hours before you need the balloons. Self inflated tend to last longer but obviously they don’t float
