طلبت المنتج كمكل غذائي اثناء اتباع حمية الكيتو خاصة وكما ذكر بالوصف انه لايحتوي على كربوهيدرات او محليات . عند استخدام المنتج اظن وجود طعم للسكر أو مشابه وبوضوح . وان كان تذوقي وتقديري صحيح فلا يصلح مع حمية الكيتو. الطعم مناسب ومقبول للاشخاص العاديين.

I’ve been using Natural Factors Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder for a few weeks now, mainly to help with sleep and muscle cramps, and it’s been a solid addition to my nightly routine. I take it before bed at the recommended dosage, mixed with water. It dissolves well and is easy to drink—nothing gritty or unpleasant, which I appreciate. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is with my sleep. I’m staying asleep more consistently through the night instead of waking up as often. On top of that, I’ve had fewer muscle cramps, especially after long days, which has made a noticeable difference in how I feel overall. Another big plus is that I haven’t had any digestive issues at all. Magnesium supplements can sometimes be rough on the stomach, but this one has been very gentle.
