Thought it was more pink and colour a bit stronger . But I like it.

I’m more of a subtle, everyday-makeup kind of gal, but sometimes enjoy a little “extra.” I was intrigued by this Italian makeup line as I had not heard of it before, but it’s been around since the mid-70s, so I figured they must be doing something right. They are also cruelty-free, which is an absolute must for me with makeup and beauty products. The lipstick is quite shimmery, but not in a go-go dancer type of way. Because the underlying color is light, it can be worn during the day without feeling overly “done up.” I did notice a scent when I first took the top off the lipstick, but didn’t notice it when applied on my lips, and certainly didn’t taste anything. The texture is creamy and it has good staying power. Overall, I like it! I do think the packaging doesn’t give off a high-end look, but the lipstick itself is one of the better ones I’ve used.

I got #700 "Charming Charlotte." It is OK, I will use it but it is not my favorite lipstick. I was hoping it would have more pink hues than the pale pink I received. I also expected it to be a little more richer in how it applies. It goes on thin. I had to put few coats to get the rich look. The lipstick itself is mostly glitter. It took some effort to take it off my lips, the glitter just did not want to come off.

This ultra shiny lipstick is available in six different shades and I order the color “700 charming Charlotte” which is a very bright pink color. The packaging is nice and simple and the lipsticks has very creamy texture so when you apply it on lips it gives you very shiny finish look and at the same time keeps the lips hydrated which is really nice. You can apply it as it is or on top of your choice of lipsticks to add some shine to it.

This lipstick goes on smoothly and is a bit thick; it feels like a lip balm rather than a lipstick. Perhaps the formula has to be a little heavier so that the glitter pearls suspended in it can shine to full brilliance because this is extremely sparkly. It reminds me of the frosted lipsticks that were so popular in the 1990s.Pro: I have pretty thin lips, but the way the shimmer reflects light made my lips look fuller. It also helps disguise dryness and lines.Con: Charming Charlotte is a bubblegum pink color, and on my skin it appears even lighter. Such a pale color is not flattering to my skin tone at all.While I don’t think this color will enter regular rotation, I will experiment with layering it with other colors to see what effect it has. I’m also very tempted to pick up some of the darker colors because I really like how the formula feels and wonder if other shades will have similar plumping effects.

The lipstick was a pale pink shimmer color. The color payout was very sheer but, can be buildable. The lipstick has tons of glitter and shimmer. It was very moisturizing and easy to apply. The glitter does transfer. I think of this more as a tinted lip balm with a shower of shimmer.

The problem with this PUPA Milano Miss PUPA Milano Starlight Ultra-Shiny Lipstick isn't that it's shiny--it's that it is packed with loads of glitter. I feel like I have mica all over my lips when I wear it, and I'm not fond of that feeling. Pass.
