Will Not Jump a Completely Dead Battery/Keyless Ignition
Purchased to jump 6 cars that set for static for about 2 months. If failed on all of them for the following two issues...Problem 1: If a battery is completely dead, the adapter prevents it from channeling power to the cables. This is more than likely on there to protect the Weego, but if you can't jump a completely dead battery, what is the point? If a vehicle with a bad battery can be jumped, the alternator can at least get you to your next location to find a replacement battery.Problem 2: You can't use this on a car with a keyless ignition. This is the most disturbing since a large percentage of cars sold over the past 10 years have keyless ignition. The Weego looks for a system draw before allowing power to flow. On an old car, you turn the key on and a power draw is then sent to the battery/Weego from the ignition, which turns the Weego's adapter on (adapter light green). You can then start the car. For a keyless ignition, the system needs a few seconds of power to start the electronics/ignition/fuel pump before allowing the car to start. If there is low power, it doesn't go through this mode and consequently never sends a power draw to the Weego long enough for it to turn on and allow power to flow.Basically, the thing works as long as your bad isn't completely dead or you have a traditional key-activated ignition. Considering it's purpose in life, this thing was a waste of money. Lesson learned.

Worthless
This product is worthless. I have tried, twice, to use it to jump start my motorcycle and it failed both times (I ended up having to use conventional jumper cables to start it with my car, whereby it fired right up). This is not a large bike (750cc) and the battery was not completely dead, just weak (the Weego, conversely, had a full charge). Unfortunately, this is the type of product that you use when needed; and when I needed it, it was beyond the date when I could return for a refund. What good is it if it cannot be trusted in a time of need? Since I am stuck with it, maybe I can use it to power/charge my cell phone.

Will not start a 1.9L engine, was told next powerful option is necessary
22S would not start a 1.9L engine. Turning they key makes all lights disappear on the product. Weego states the next powerful option is needed in order to use this on a 1.9L engine in the winter cold. Ridiculous as this is advertised as starting a 5L gas or 2.5L diesel. Don't waste your money or time.

Powerful Unit but Safety Clamps could leave you Stranded
I purchased the 22s and the unit itself is great. However, the clamps its comes with have several safety "features". Most are good, especially for novice users. But one of them is that they must read a proper polarity voltage from the car battery before they will switch on. This means it will not start an engine with a completely dead or damaged battery thats not outputting any voltage. This "feature" also makes it difficult to test the unit which I like to do by disconnecting one battery terminal. I'd never trust a jump starter I cannot test. I'm guessing some of the bad reviews for this unit are related to people not being able to start because of this safety protection.I'd recommend purchasing this unit but also purchasing or making a set of "dumb" clamps. They aren't the highest quality, but I purchased these clamps to go with this unit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CSONI8Q/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. More care needs to be taken with these clamps as they offer no safety protections. Also, when these clamps are used with this unit the colors are backwards (red is negative and black positive) so proper relabeling to avoid confusion should be considered be a must.Im impressed with this unit when used with the dumb clamps. It starts my 2.4 L engine with the battery disconnected with both the engine and the jump starter at only 20 degrees F. I tried it 3 times in a row (waiting a minute or so between jumps to avoid overheating the unit) for a more robust test. It started easier each subsequent time and afterward the unit was still showing almost full charge.

Weego = “third time is the charm”
Bought Weego 22s a year ago. Immediately had problems because it wouldn't charge. Weego exchanged my unit for a new one and told me it was because they ship the lithium battery with a very low charge and sometimes it can't be fully initially charged. Whatever. The new unit charged OK. I had it in the Jeep for a year, topping off the battery at 6 months. At the one-year date (last week), I went to top off the battery again but all I get is a single flashing light. Not charging. This is not a device I want to depend upon My AAA card is much more reliable (and cheaper). I will not replace the old weego 22s with a new one. can't trust itUpdate 11/09/2018. Weego reached out to me and offered to send another unit so I could give them another try. I agreed to do soThe Weego jump starter is a well designed product and their Customer Service is top notch. Maybe I was just unlucky to have a defective unit. As they say, “third times the charm”I really, really want this to work and I’ll give them another try. No similar product on the market matches their technical specsUpdate 11/26/2018 I received the replacement Weego Jump Starter. This time they sent me the Weego 44.1 model. It is about same size but a heavier as it has a better lithium battery. Major difference is that it does not use USB charging method but has a standard A/C power cable. The power pack charged readily and fully. Now, I just need to find a car to jump (preferably, not mine)

Terrible product or seller
This product has failed me twice. I informed the seller and his reply was to deal with the manufacture even though I just recently purchased it.My previous review and rating was done prematurely.
