So Far So Good
I have read mixed reviews about this PSU but bought it anyway.I would have to say that so far it is holding up pretty good. For a PSU that is on the cheaper end of the scale I would say that it is decent.I have had no trouble so far with it, but most reviews state that the buyer either gets a DOA unit or fan/whole unit goes out after about the 6 month mark. The cable's are a tad long which is not really a bad thing but you have to tuck a few away for a clean looking case.Voltage supply is constant, no fluctuation have been noticed. The actual unit is a little on the light side as well as being smaller in height than expected so i have a small gap at top and bottom of the back of my case, but the screw holes line up right. The fan is pretty silent i can not hear it over the ambient noise in my room even when my CPU and GPU fans are on lowest setting. So overall i would have to rate it worth the $35.00 i spent on buying and shipping even if it goes out at or clost to the 6 month mark like i have read in other reviews.

Connection Cables too Short!!
Took a chance that this item would meet my immediate needs to power my new video card. The PSU's cable to the hard drive and Blu Ray Player was too short. I had to go out of my way to purchase an extension. After the unit was installed, it operates quiet and so far no problems. I would highly recommend that you see how far your drive and Player are before you purchase this item. If they are more than 9 inches away, then this unit is not for you.

WORK RELATIVELY QUIET - COOL
Seems to be pushing my setup nicely. Cables are too short for my typical mid tower, making me paranoid since the hard drive power cable is like bending the jack - WHAT A FAILURE CABLES COULD HAVE BEEN 1/2 INCH LONGER apparently that's why this thing is so cheap.

Nice PS, lotsa power
I was having some issues with a power hog Radeon HD4850, so installed this power supply. No more problems and it is reasonably quiet.

Another DOA
Purchased the V-600 on January 6. Installed it two weeks later along with a new motherboard and the V-600 was DOA. I guess I should have believed all of the others who got an non-functioning unit. I'm currently waiting for the RMA. I'll update after I see how the service end of things works.

Lasted One Year
I bought this last year, and a few minutes ago, it gave out a loud "pop", and now it's dead. I've never had a power supply die on me before. In retrospect, I don't think it was ever really operating properly, as when I installed it, my PC would not shut down. If I tried the shut down the PC via the Start button in Windows, the PC would shut down, then power itself back on again. My "solution" was to turn it off using the switch on the power supply once Windows had shut down.Eh, avoid this junk. Spend a couple of extra bucks on a reliable power supply. Made in China, BTW.

Every manufacture has bad batches. So the negative reviews here are just ...
I don't remember where I got this from. But I got a power supply just to test. And after years in storage it still works. I have never had any problems with this power supply. Every manufacture has bad batches. So the negative reviews here are just from the few they made that were bad. Mine works great. So its not a bad supply or company. Everybody has a few duds.
