Works, easy setup, well worth the price
Came with no instructions. Was supposed to include the user manual, but no documentation included!?!? When I originally plugged it in, I thought it was DOA. No power, no lights, nothing. Decided to pack it up for return, but instead, I then decided to try a different power wire since the one in my box looked old/ damaged. Unit powered right up... Contacted seller to request a new power cord and was asked for my shipping address for the replacement to be sent right out. Hopefully it'll be received within the next few days. I was told to make sure to obtain/ use the power cord that is supposed to be provided because using a different power supply COULD damage the item after time. So far, so good (using my own power supply), but will return if any issues/ damage within the return window due to the replacement wire being used. Didn't really speed up my connection as i had already been using a similar modem/ router combo. This was a replacement, but i can honestly say the price is excellent as compared to others. This DID help with my connection constantly "dropping" throughout the day (which is why I needed the replacement), and was pretty easy to set up. No issues providing MAC address to ISP, came online right away with no issue. Now I'll just wait for the wire...

Excellent Modem and Router Combo with Spectrum; Easy set-up , speed is awesome. Signal is strong.
I am very pleased with this modem/router combo. Installed easy with Spectrum customer service. No issues at all. Speed doubled from old modem/router. Signal now goes further. I am saving money not renting equipment. I could not be happier!

Gave me less than half the speed I was paying for
The signal was always glitching and speed was between 150 to 180 when I was paying for 400. It was ridiculous. Finally the provider came out and gave me one of their modem/routers and I have super fast speed. It's not worth the money at all. I do not recommend. Tech support was non existent. I couldn't get any support. *Sigh* Too bad we finally figured out the cause after the return window had expired.

Excellent Purchase
Just received renewed unit. Came in Arris factory reconditioned box with Mac addresses on box. Unit has been factory reset so no issues there. Unit is like new and is functioning flawlessly. slightly better speeds than Xfinity unit. Great controls. Easy to connect to Xfinity through phone in customer service. At eighty dollars this is an EXCELLENT buy!

Perfect
Works as new, no trouble installing, although no instructions with the unit. I went online and downloaded the app, was able to follow the very clear installation instructions and connected with Xfinity the same way.

I bought this "renewed certified" modem with router and it workd great. It was cheaper than an "untouched" one. It came packaged like a brand new device. Notified my ISP of the new MAC address and it worked right away. I use the ports for my VOIP phones.

NO parental controls
modem is good and all, BUT Arris has partnered with McCRAPafee for parental controls, ONLY 3 models work with there app.. and you guessed it NOT the SBG7600AC2!!!!
