Good product. Good people.
I'm not one to complain. Nor exagerate. I can't lie or deceive either. That's not ethical. So here is a short story of my purchase. I bought them. Free shipping? GREAT! Got here FAST! GREAT! Clasp was backwards. No problem. I used some pliers and fixed it. Suspenders are AMAZING! Normally if leave it as that. But then I got an email asking what I thought so I figured I'd let them know it was backwards but now it's great. (best suspenders I own btw). They imidiately replied comending my willingness to fix them and thanked me for the feedback and have me many EASY options for replacement.... Which isn't necessary because these aren't cheap metal. They are strong metal clasps and I confident it'll be fine now that I've turned it around. Will recommend to friends.Edit: just want to add as I sit heretaling care of business how super convenient and comfortable these are for those times where you have to take a sit to conduct business. The clasps are way better than the button on design and doesn't rip your pants like the clamp style. I will never order a mother style. Of these ever need replacement I'll be ordering these again.

Heavy duty hardware
They are robust. Heavy feel to the straps.. big snaps. In fact I warn those who have not seen these how much bigger these spring clasp fittings are than normal sheet metal teeth- bite pant grippers. The snap is 3/4 " ,[ 20 mm] across and of a gauge thickness that looks like it could hold a large and lunging canine, or tie down a tent awning in a stiff breeze. They swivel nicely in a 3/16" thick ring. The snap hooks look like they could hold a luggage carrier to the roof at sixty mph.The strap material feels sturdy too; it stretches a bit less than I'd expected but I have only used one other set of braces to compare. As to length, the 42's are adjusted almost all the way out for me and I am about5' 6".. For 5' 8 or 5' 9 I'd say go with the bigger ones.

Good looking BUT functionality is missing
Read other reviews for specifics on comfort etc. My husband’s issue on this suspender style is with the clasp design. These literally connectors spin 360 degrees. When hubby put them on, the back strap twisted. The same happened during the day upon slipping the suspender straps off and back on. Hubby has multi other suspenders and none have this annoying issue. Definitely a return as, despite being nice looking, they are a functional fail. As an aside, his favorite design single strap in a single back strap suspender have 2 clasps on each strap. They’re like an inverted wishbone and that design is more comfortable and very secure. Determine the best strap and clasp design for you and stick to it. This purchase was a deviation from what hubby knows work for him and unfortunately a big miss.

Extremely happy with these suspenders.
So my job requires me to sit on a fork lift for most of an eight hour shift. Eventually any belt that I have tried begins to wear on me so I started looking at suspenders. Alligator clips just didn't work and continually lost their clip or ended up pinching me. These suspenders though have been absolutely awesome so far though with my wearing them between a A-shirt and a outer shirt. My only complaint about them at all is that the back hook is a bit stiff and doesn't open all the way. It's not enough to stop me from hooking it properly, but it does make me have to take my time to pinch the hoop and position it with more care. If I was able to give a half star adjustment I'd rate these as 4 1/2 stars.I will be buying them again eventually.

Working Well, Seem Sturdy, Been Using 2.5 months...
My husband ordered these about 2.5 months ago, and he wears them twice a week outside of work. He also ordered a pair of Tommy Hilfiger suspenders just before that, and he wears that pair to church or for when he's on church related business. Of the two of them, he actually likes this pair better then the T.H. one because they seem sturdier and like the fabric is going to be more durable. He's not as fond of how the trigger clips look, but he definitely is a fan of the thickness of the material. He says that no condition issues have arisen, and that they are fitting and wearing exactly as they should.

Used to be Better
I bought my first pair of these a couple years ago and gave them a five star rating. I just ordered a second pair and the quality seems to have dropped. I still love the convenience of the trigger snap style, but the snaps and the sizing clasps seem to be lighter-weight and cheaper than the originals. Same price, lower quality. I would gladly have paid a few bucks more for the same quality. Below is my first review...Great suspenders. I love the trigger snap feature that makes them much easier to put on and off than the usual clasps... and they don’t damage your pants. They are firm but comfortable and they stay adjusted to your preference... the sizing clasps hold firmly. Best non-button braces I’ve ever worn.

Belt loop snaps!
These work so well that it begs the question “why didn’t I find these years ago?” The snaps are swivel mounted, so twisted straps are no longer an issue. If the adjusting clips stay rust-free, they will be perfect, but that’s a big if. Between my sweaty shirt & the humid Florida air I work in, it’s hard to avoid rusty suspender hardware unless it’s plastic, & I have not had good luck with the plastic clips. But hey, if they get rusty a year or so down the road, it’s still worth it to me to have a product that works well.

Pay attention to sizing.
I overestimated my size. I'm big, so I ordered a large, but my height is only slightly above average at 70 in., so I should have ordered a medium. It's elastic, so it'll stretch bigger, but if you try to adjust it smaller, it just pulls the crotch of the Y up to your neck, making it less comfortable to wear. Fortunately, I know how to sew, so I can just shorten the back to make everything sit correctly on my body.A side note, you get what you pay for. These are excellent as lower-priced garments go. They do the job, and they're holding up reasonably well. That said, the elastic is pretty standard and will stretch out a bit with wear. Another reason not to order too big.
