Originally we loved this product. It assembled and disassembled easily, which was perfect for us, as we could set the pieces aside when our granddaughter was not with us. Our rooms were small, so we joined several pieces together to create barriers. The gate worked perfectly to keep her away from the stairs. However, an adult tripped on the stairs and fell into the gate, breaking it. We were willing to pay for another gate, and even sent in the requested pictures to the company to show what was broken, but the company responded that it was impossible to buy a replacement gate; this product was only sold as a set. (So then why did they make us submit photos?) We were very unhappy with their customer service. Eventually had to have Amazon research the issue for us. Apparently the parts sheet that came with the playpen is useless. So now we can never use it as a play yard without purchasing another full set! VERY disappointing, as we really liked the product. Maybe another seller would give better service for this product.

The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is because my 7 month old got his little foot stuck between the bars. He’s fine but since he can’t crawl or walk yet and I’m a single mom I got him this to keep him contained when he’s rolling around on the floor playing while I fold laundry or do chores nearby. He got his foot stuck in between the bars tonight so beware of that. Other than that it’s cute, durable and perfect for babies or even a puppy could be contained in it, which is what I’ll be using it for after my son is done with it.

I absolutely love this gate. I have used this for close to two years now. It allows me to get stuff done and know that my daughter can't get into anything. I also enjoy using it when I'm cooking so I don't have to worry about my daughter reaching for the stove. It still holds her even though she's a little over two years old. She can't open the latch. I have it set up where the couch is gated in as well. I used velcro straps to attach the gates to my recliners so it's a bigger area. She learned how to detach the pieces if they aren't "clicked in" all the way.

I returned a baby diego gate to buy buy baby that looked just like this but was red, yellow and blue. I expected this would be just like it and really liked the color better for my daughter. After assembling I realized the quality is not the same at all. Although it looks the same, it has some major flaws. Some of the joints do not snap together tight and all of them are loose even the ones that do snap together and my daughter can push and move around the shape of this easily. Very frustrating when I want to keep her in a certain area. Also some of the stickers came damaged. The seller was nice enough to offer approximately a 20% refund and I accepted assuming we could figure out something to hold the playpen in place but so far no luck. My husband purchased metal plates that he drilled into the bottom at the joints, as I read this had worked for someone else. For us it did not, the walls are so hollow that the screws do not hold. Still looking for a solution, really hope we can figure something out. I’d say maybe I just got a bad one but I think that’s highly unlikely as I actually purchased two to connect for a larger space.

We’ve used this for our LO for 4 months now. Started it as the octagon with the 8 panels and now have it attached to the walls (requires separate purchase). Absolutely love it [albeit we didn’t put on the bear stickers, but truthfully, it’s more aesthetic without them]. The suction’s don’t really work on our floors (that cheap fake hardwood) so we spent a few extra dollars and secrured it to the wall and have no issues.

Suction cups do not work as well as I think they should. Very easy for my LO to move around. Other than that, she really enjoys it and is good when I need to lock her in for a few minutes to let the floors dry.

Great Product. Much larger than I expected. You can remove or add pieces to make smaller or larger. It is VERY sturdy!! My baby can now pull himself up on it and my 5 year old climbs over it and it has not moved at all. We put the foam squares under and around it and it is still very sturdy. The lock on the door is easy to open and close. We love it!

Shipped as expected. Good quality. Baby loves 'her space'. If you need to use play mats, you may find it difficult to find a size that fits close to the edge of the playard so the playard can suction to the floor. We cut the edges of our play mats so they would fit and playard can suction to the floor. This certainly isn't a playard issue, but rather the companies who make play mats.
