WORKS GREAT AND PRICE IS IDEAL
THIS WORKS EXACTLY LIKE MIRALAX BUT FOR HALF THE PRICE. I USE IT ALL THE TIME AND IT WORKS GREAT. NO SIDE EFFECTS AND IT HAS NO TASTE SO I CAN PUT IT IN ANY DRINK.

Effective but takes a day or two
This is not a stimulant laxative (like ex-lax) so NO CRAMPS but it does take a couple of days. Even better is that it tastes practically like nothing so it's not hard to get a glass of it down (as opposed to the formula they give you at the GI doctor which tastes horrible). I drank one glass and got some results, you can probably drink an additional glass if things don't get moving fast enough but idk make sure to read the label
