We have teied soooo many adult diapers and have been disappointed. But, I cannot recommend these overnight adult diapers enough. We use them for our very active 15-year-old child with special needs, and they have exceeded our expectations. The fit is fantastic because there's plenty of extra material and room to adjust the tabs, making it much easier to get a secure, comfortable fit. They are incredibly durable and hold up through constant movement, rolling, and an active day and night without tearing or coming loose. Most importantly, the absorbency is outstanding. They hold an impressive amount of fluid overnight without leaking, which has made a huge difference in keeping our child dry, comfortable, and sleeping through the night. We wake up to dry bedding and clothing, even after a full night's use. If you're caring for an older child or teen with special needs and need a dependable overnight diaper, these are absolutely worth trying. They have given us peace of mind and have been one of the most reliable products we've used.

So these were an impulse try after running low on my normal briefs. So far I am super happy. The absorbency is on the medium/high end depending on position. Great for sleeping, ok for sitting and active use. They tend to not wick towards the back that great. I had some issues with frontal swelling and leaking over the front waistband after a long outing. Typical issue with a lot of briefs being a guy. I found them to be one of the most comfortable diapers I have used and are easy to adjust. The tapes for me have worked great and they are in my opinion very discreet. I’ve not noticed any noise except under my workout clothes, but in the gym or general public its never quiet enough for anyone to notice. The cost is slightly more than I would like, but even the the cheaper brands have increased so much lately that these seem a better value seeing you have to change them far less often. I’m on my third pack and I plan to switch over to the these exclusively for nighttime and longer outings. Not as absorbent as Megamax and Rearz, but I also cant walk around looking like theres a beachball in my pants. Highly recommend.

We use these on my profoundly disabled adult son, fit is perfect he is 6’3” tall and 205lbs. Super absorbency for urine, He stayed dry all day if needed. However, at night these didn’t work as well for him. He only has BMs while he sleeps at night, he had leakage issues with that, although he still was dry urine wise. Hence the 4 stars. However, in the day for urine coverage these are super and I will be purchasing them again for day time use for sure.

These are by far the best over night product I have used. They are durable and the adhesive strength is outstanding . Worth every penny.

All things considered (value for the size and features), this adult styled diaper is the best on the market. This product is the plastic-backed style which pretty much guarantees a full night's sleep without any issues. They can also be worn with an extra brief (put on first), and then layer up with the TotalDry adult diaper which makes for a great combo! The leg gathers are comfortable, the two tapes on each side hold well, and I've had zero issues when also combined with a pair of plastic pants over the top for insurance. Everything still fits under regular (men's) pants. Well worth the monies spent for this product.

The Total Dry X-Plus diaper offer an amazing capacity. These diapers can be worn for 8 hours easly. I am a heavy and frequent wetter and this diaper can get me through a typical work day with ease. I dort worry about it leaking or it's capacity. I an enjoy a active day without worry. The cons is they do crinkle when you move about and do swell with use. These cons are very welcomed with this diaper offering great functionality. I keep these on hand at all times.

He only leaked twice out of these when we used them for a month straight. The cost of them is really high though.

My mother said these were uncomfortable. I was looking for a diaper without blue dye. These are white but too bulky. My mom has a catheter so a bulky diaper is unnecessary.
