This racquet has a 100 in² head size, which is considered regular. Usually oversized racquets are 105+ in² head size.

Q: Why is the 23inch more expensive than the larger ones?

It seems to be a temporary promotional price by amazon. The only size affected is the 25" one, and not the 23 and 26"- which is more expensive. I do want to congratulate you on considering the IG line of Junior rackets though, as these are infinitely better for kids to play with than the aluminum ones, for not that much extra money. for Ofcourts, Peter
