Made in best quality, easily fitted and very good comfortable, no stress and hard on teeth or even in sleep. It is durable, free size for all, yes it is value for money. I have tried other "off the shelf" mouth guards before. None of them were acceptable. I grind my teeth at night to the point where my lower teeth are not much more than stubs. Very bad. Not easy or cheap to fix. The Oral B Mouth guard is easy to mold to your own teeth/mouth. They only "stick to" your upper teeth, but they protect both the uppers and lowers from grinding each other. Most importantly, they are comfortable enough so that YOU WILL USE THEM. I use mine EVERY TIME I go to sleep. In fact, I own several sets of these. They come in a case which has a small loop built in to it. I attached a small "bulldog" clip onto a string and thorugh the loop built into the case. (Bulldog clips are the same small chromed clips used to secure ID badges. They are available for purchase on Amazon). I insert my mouthguard,and clip the mouthguard case onto a small ring which I have also attached to my nightstand. This keeps the case from getting lost. When I wake up, I put the night guard into the case, and clip it to my pajamas. Then, when I get up to go to the bathroom, I always remember to take it with me so that I can wash it off before the next time I go to bed. Keeping several on hand is a great idea in the event that you misplace one, or don't have a chance to properly clean the used one(s). Highly recommend this product. I never wanted to spend the $300 that my dentist wanted to charge me. This saved me from grinding my teeth into dust at a reasonable price. Thanks!

I have used these for years and have always had no issues forming them to my mouth. I replace them every 3 months and they aren't worn out just hard to get clean. This particular package for some reason when molding them to my mouth everything seemed just as they always are but this time the mouthguard did not come easily out of the tray and in the process developed a rough spot. Thankfully another trip through the microwave and refitting did the trick, it released from the tray more easily and no rough spot.

I bought two of these (in case I screwed one up). Oral-B took cost cutting to new levels. First, you need to microwave plastic inside a plastic case in order to get this product to work. Not a fan off the bat. Second, this product provides a sliver of silicone to bite into to form the mold. The first one did not work out since I didn't bite precisely down on the millimeter of silicone available to my front teeth. It didn't fit so I had to throw it out (you can't remold it). Then I couldn't get it out of the tray before it locked into place, which then ruined the mouthguard. The second went better, but once I took it out to let it cool, the tray they give you doesn't actually fit the now larger sized guard. I came back to it 15 minutes later (well after when the instructions said it would have been cool) and it no longer fit the top row of my teeth. Had to throw both guards out just like the $35 dollars I did in buying this product. Wouldn't recommend unless there's $15 or so you'd like to donate to big dental business.

I'd been using my hard splint professionally made at the orthodontist for 3 years but I recently got a new crown and it no longer fits. At first I tried one of the other ones without a tray that you dip in boiling water and it either didn't make a deep enough impression of my teeth, felt more comfortable worn on the bottom teeth, or I left it in the hot water too long when I tried a third time to get a better impression. I had destroyed it. With the tray and microwave for the Oral B you really can't go wrong. You will however want to place the white case in a bowl because the water comes to a boil quickly and will spill over. Once I got it in my mouth, I made sure I pressed on it as hard as I could with my thumbs and bit hard to make sure I got a good impression. I could tell it was going to stay in place because it did not drop off my teeth. You definitely want to run it under very cold water to get it as hard as possible. For sure it is difficult to remove from the tray but with patience and persistence you will get it, and I didn't have to put it into the freezer. Once I got it out of the tray and back into my mouth I basically had a soft version of my hard $1,000 one. I looked at it and found the impression was very deep, especially the two front teeth just like my professional model. The only complaint is a ridge left on the inner arch behind the two front teeth but maybe I'll get used to it. I thought about trying to cut it off but I'm afraid I might make it worse. I know it won't last near as long as the hard professional one but for $20 I can buy 50 of them for the price of the professional one and that makes me happy. I'll update this review when I learn how much life I got out of it before I have to make another.

I’m not sure I would recommend these. If you can get the mold to work, they are not as bulky and are much more comfortable than other brands. When I called the company to tell them the first two stuck to the mold, they sent replacements. Kudos on great customer service. However, they’re supposed to be done with the microwave, but I’m told some microwaves have hotspots, therefore the guard gets stuck in the mold. That’s what happened. I tried a total of four guards and got just one to work using boiling water per instructions on the replacements. Two stuck in the mold (yes I tried cold water and putting them in the freezer) and the third would not stay on my teeth once the impression was made. The original mouthguard from this company lasted me for about four years! Btw, my first mouthguard was made using a built-in microwave oven. This last one, since I moved to a new home, was with a table top microwave. Don’t know if that makes a difference.
