We have seven of these printers in place at our busy dealership. They are used everyday and all day.

If I could give it a negative rating it would be a -68 star
We were sold this at my workplace by someone who probably got a HUGE commission for forcing this on us. This is by far the worst printer I have ever used. The toner doesn't seal to the paper so it flakes off seconds after printing. It can't figure out what a capital J is to print it at random times. Software updates don't fix it. It can't print labels, half the time it eats the printer paper when you load it in the tray. The tray doesn't reliably feed or catch paper. To print envelopes you need to open the printer up and manually reconfigure the guts of the printer and then most of the time that doesn't work. The ink flakes off the envelopes before we even can take it to the post office so we can't use them anyway.Yes, we are using the proprietary ink.On the website it says that it is suitable for an "office of 4-5 people." First off, it's not suitable for office use at all unless you're trying to commit a cover up because no business would use something that would be unreadable in mere minutes. We have to make copies and then laminate with tape immediately or put it through our copier and then throw out the printed copy.Yes, this is a bit dramatic, but we don't have money to replace this POS so we're all stuck with this so for years to come this is going to be my nightmare.I miss the old printer I had as a child that had the paper that fed with the dotted paper at the edges. It couldn't print in color, but at least you never had to wonder what the printing said.

Fantastic printer
Absolutely love this printer! I will say there was a bit of a learning curve when installing the software and hooking it up to the wireless modem for our home, but after that I love it!! Prints all day long without a hiccup. We are a homeschooling family, so I'm printing all kinds of things all day long. I print a ton, and I've only had to replace the toners once a year. I highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for one!
