After reading the ingredients, I realized that this was very similar to something I used to buy in a deli in the PNW called 'Jo-jos', so I decided to use it for that. Essentially, we just followed the instructions, minus the milk, and used potatoes instead of fish. They were absolutely terrific -- savory and well coated, with a delightful crunchiness on the well done parts. Delicious.I would give this five stars, but it contains bioengineered ingredients. Don't want 'em, don't need 'em. And at $9.99 per pouch, that's some really expensive taco mix. At that price, I'd be expecting organic ingredients.

I tried this Honey Sriracha Lime Spice tonight for dinner. I love fish tacos; but didn’t have a clue how to make them at home. It was so easy with this spice mix, I wish I had tried it sooner.I was worried that it would be too spicy; but it really wasn’t (I’m a wimp when it comes to spicy food). It had just the right amount of heat; didn’t set my mouth on fire, like I feared. I used tilapia filets and soaked them in milk for about 10 minutes (per the directions). Then coated the filets in the Honey Sriracha Lime Spice mix and pan fried for less than a minute per side. Divided the filets onto the tortillas. I added some coleslaw to mine and they were delicious! So easy and so much cheaper than a restaurant. I now have a new fish dish to add to our Mexican Night lineup.
