Good value
Light weight with just enough support not to hinder movement

You get what you pay for.
This strap didn't really help on its own, it has a pocket (the grey part) which open to hold in place a hot or cold compress, which you have to purchase seperately btw. Alone it does nothing for my hurt shoulder.

Effective, but annoying.
It worked, but was really uncomfortable and kind of scratchy. Also, had to constantly adjust it.

Didn't fit even though measurements said it would. To small

Was not adjustable to small body frame.
This shoulder brace did not adjust to my small frame. It would ride up to my chin and no matter where I placed the strap across my chest, it was most uncomfortable. Not a good fit unless you are a large woman.
