Had a small problem
Overall, a great unit. Quiet, efficient, cost effective.I think it was limited to my unit, but…No matter what we did with the thermostat, we got heat.Turns out the reversing valve solenoid was not connected.Technician was required to remove top cover/fan housing, and had to stand on a platform to reach down to the connector and manually attach it to the solenoid. Took much additional diagnostic time to discover.Thus the one star penalty.Quality control issue. Booo.
