This is a perfect case for my wife's insulin pen and nibs,2 elasticated netted pockets,also on one of the sides are 2 elasticated loops to slide your pens into so which ever way you open it they won't fall out,for the price this is just what my wife needed...makes a big difference when your off out,she's not rooting through her hand bag looking for her nibs and pens.The case is a hardish case says it's water proof"spilt a glass of juice over the case and the contents inside was still dry,so all good on that front.

Fits everything in perfectly and is very pretty

Really liked the outer design and colour, fits and holds two insulin pens at a time, with netted compartments for tailored ice packs should you need them. Securely closes with full zip, and is sturdily made. Easily fits in my bag wherever I go. Don’t need to worry about the pens getting damaged or leaking while on the go. Could do with being a little bigger to accommodate ice packs and spare needles etc.

Bought as a replacement for an existing but old case. Not quite a good as my old case, but very good for the price. Will use when travelling.

Too bulky. I bought it for travel to keep my insulin pen chilled but it’s way too big for one pen. It doesn’t come with the pictured ice packs. Expensive. I really dont like how the brand name is printed on the case.

Poor. In fact it was useless. A pencil case would have kept my medication cooler

Ich bin begeistert, schönes, handliches Etui, gut in der Handtasche mit zu nehmen. Hält lange kalt, sehr zu empfehlen

Das Etui erfüllt seinen Zweck. Mit zwei zusätzlich bestellten Kühlakkus hält es das Insulin gut gekühlt. Etwas Kondensat legt sich durch die Kühlakkus auf der Hülle ab und macht das Etui klamm-feucht. Aber das ist noch akzeptabel und nicht weiter störend. Als Verbesserung würde ich mir eine Trennung des Fachs für die Insulin-Spritzen wünschen. Denn auch auf kurzen Tripps führe ich 2 - 3 Spitzen mit. Reserve ist stets gut bei den dünnen Spitzen.Fazit: funktionelles Etui, wenn man nicht alles mitschleppen will. Für die weitere geplante Reise habe ich natürlich ein größeres Reiseetui dabei. Dort haben noch Süßstoff, Spitzen, Kabel für das Messgerät Platz.
