Maple Guild Organic Cream, 10 Ounce

This is delicious, reasonably priced and doesn't harden in the refrigerator like another brand I had before. Just stir up each time you use it and it will be spreadable until the end. The other brand got so hard before the end that I had to put it in the microwave to soften up and even that left chunks. This product is far superior in that regard. Combine this with the reasonable price and the wonderful flavor and I believe this is a 5 star product.

Maybe I had false expectations, but i thought it would be like spun honey. Smooth creamy sweet and delicious. It was sweet, but the syrup separated with liquid at the top and very thick "Cream" about half way down. I tried unsuccessfully to stir it, but the cream portion did not want to mix with the liquid. I purchased it during winter, so it should not have melted. Still taste good, but not what I though it would be.

To me taste is the most important thing when it comes to any natural maple product. This product, although thinner than other maple butters it is the best tasting hands down. I don't like sickening sweet and find some of the thicker maple butters are way to sweet. I can just drizzle it over my toast, no problem. Will definitely be ordering this again.

When cold, this cream still has a syrupy consistency, which means you can only scoop a little bit onto a knife. This is good, because a little bit goes a long way. This is a yummy treat on buttered toast (and probably many other things, but I ate mine on buttered toast), especially if you like desserts such as maple butter blondies.

I'm a long time consumer of maple cream, but for the past few years it has been harder and harder to find. I've ordered a few brands with mixed results. This cream was lighter in color and less dense than most. It has a mild but distinct maple flavor. I'm very happy with it.

The flavor was great. It arrived early. I did expect something different from a Vermont Maple Product. I bought 3 jars. All 3 had separated with standing syrup on top which made it very difficult to open and mix up before using. Then when I was able to mix it and get it onto my muffins instead of being spreadable it acted more like leveling compound and just ran wherever it wanted. This was not what I expected having grown up with Vermont Maple Cream/Spread/Butter being a staple in our household. I would be willing to give this another try if there weren't others out there that I have already had a better experience with. The flavor was very good, but it ran all over and was so difficult to open and use since it was all separated. I've never seen another do that.

Wow! Amazingly well packed, and absolutely delicious. Different consistency than other maple creams I've tried, a bit more granular, but I like it. Priced lower than other creams on Amazon. Highly recommended!

It's ok. The Shady Maple is recently purchased was much, much better. I won't by this one again.
