Emoji Back to School Set - Folder, Pencils and Pencil Case

This is a grouping of products from assorted manufacturers, including Yoobi (Target). My daughter thinks they're cute but I must return it because the folder arrived looking like it had been trampled and used. (The envelope it arrived in was in good shape, as was the plastic sleeve the folder was in, so the folder was packaged in bad shape.) The folder also has a gigantic, ugly product label stuck to its back. The "pencil" case is flimsy, and it's not long enough for new pencils to fit! The back of the case is scratched and smudged. I'm very disappointed with this.
