Didn't work for me.
Found my legs too short even in the lowest position, and could not sit comfortable on it.

Nice ergo chair
I've been using this chair for several months already. Here are my views on it. This chair wasn't as difficult to build as others claimed. The build instructions are very bad, but I think it's sufficient to get it build properly. The chair doesn't have wheels, which can make it awkward to maneuver when getting in or out. However, I prefer the chair to have a fixed location rather than rolling about, so I easily adapted to the inconvenience. The knee padding is thick, but feels like it will eventually wear down and have to be replaced. I also wanted to note that prolonged sessions of sitting (1+ hour straight) on this kneeling chair may cause your knees and shins to get tired, but I take this is more incentive to get up and stretch more often. I can't compare this to the other kneeling chairs, but I'm quite satisified with this one and I do feel it helps my lower back, which is the ultimate goal (hence the 5 stars).

What a mess
As others have said, putting this thing together was a nightmare--the instructions are horrendous and nearly incomprehensible. (Note that it doesn't say, but you'll need to use your own Phillip's head screwdriver.)Also, be aware that the only way to adjust the height is to unscrew the center thingy that holds the whole thing together, adjust the height, then tighten the screw again. If your adjustment is not perfect--do it over and over again until you get it right or give up.Also, the tilt on the seat is poor. It does not tilt forward enough to help straighten your back. The picture is misleading. Finally, the padded seat and knee rest are shoddy and, for the company, embarrassingly thrown together. A chaotic jumble of unaligned staples -- all clearly visible-- adorn the underside of each piece. Still, the wildly stapled fabric is lumpy and raw edged.I guess, if the height is OK for you and/or you don't care about shoddy workmanship--for a $100 item {made in Taiwan]-- then you might not mind this thing.

Solid Construction, thin padding, no Height Adjustment
I like the concept. The chair is pretty strong. Was a little confusing to put together, instructions were very sparse. Padding is a little thin and after only a month I feed the hard surface underneath. I like my chairs to sit low so when I sit up straight my head is eye level with the upper portion of my monitor, but this chair has no independent height adjustment, the angle adjustment is they only way to change height. So when I angle the chair more vertically (which takes more load off of my back) I sit far too high (and I'm only 5'10).

Good for what it is though not the best
As far as kneeling chairs go, this might be the best budget one around. As far as chairs go, it's not great. You're probably looking for a kneeling chair because it can be better on your back, if you're disciplined enough something like this can work but it's not exactly going to be as comfortable as that armchair you're in now. The frame itself is quite sturdy and would probably far outlast those wooden ones I've seen. It can help with your posture if you sit in it how it's supposed to. The material on the 2 pads aren't exactly quality chair material, it's good enough to not bother a bare leg that much. The cushions are a little flat and could use more thick padding. All in all, it's designed for back support, not comfort, so don't go throwing out your old chair just yet.(Though this is coming from someone who sits in an armchair 10 different ways in 2 hours, I could just be unsatisfiable)
