I LOVE this set and have received compliments on them. They look very elegant on my kitchen table and look more expensive than they actually were. I use them with tealight sized battery operated candles. You could also removed the glass globes and set a small jar candle or battery powered pillar on the copper base. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to add a touch of copper to their decor!

These are high quality with nice, crystal clear thick glass and a beautiful hammered rose gold patina. This is not brass colored IMO, and I have included a brass plate for comparison. While the color range may be technically considered brass on some level, this to the eye does not work in a room with other brass items unless you balance it carefully materials wise throughout the room.Very attractive, look expansive and have a great aesthetic.Using a candle that does not have a wax container such as a tea light will create a mess though. As you can see from the pictures, any free standing candles would fill the glass fixture with wax, sticking all over the glass and probably ruining the clean look for ever at that point. You would be constantly trying to scrape wax off the insides and base after a single use. So for me, these look gorgeous and fit perfectly in small spaces on a shelf for decorative looks, but I would hesitate using them to actually burn wax inside.

I really like the look of these, but they both arrived a bit chipped on the bottom of the glass. One of them was cracked up the side as well, so I exchanged it with absolutely NO hassle; but the replacement still had small chips at the bottom of the glass. The chips are not noticeable unless you really look, but it seems to be a "normal" flaw. They are very pretty on the whole so I decided to keep them regardless.

I used these with a pillar candle, rather than a tea light candle. They look great.

Very pretty - shiny copper. Look very elegant with white and copper themed decor. Would buy more.
