The ring applicator broke after just a few uses. The five year warranty conveniently does not cover the ring applicator. The customer service person was quite blunt about the lack of warranty coverage. The first vacuum system that I obtained from this firm lasted over five years. I got a replacement thinking that it had been upgraded and I found that there was actually a degradation in the quality of plastic used in construction. I wish that I had kept the old unit because it still functioned and was more sturdy. I will consult with my urologist and obtain a system from another manufacturer.

This vacuum pump doesn’t work and is made by a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a bad recommendation. When I got back to them and told them about it, they told me it was only advice and proceeded to call me names for questioning their product.
