Q: Do these boots run small or true to size?

Best boots ever. I am 4.5 and I tried size 5 and they were much too big. I went with my actual size 4.5. They are perfect. Got some walking socks too and my feet remain in place.

Q: Are the good for high arches?

They suit me and I have high arches. You do need to adjust the laces quite a bit and it can be fiddly - but it's worth it.
