Very nice product. It looks good and does its job very well. It's a little big for my laptop and a little slippery. But the fans are powerful and quiet. Two of the 5 fans do the job nicely. If you burn your lap with your laptop on a regular basis, this product is for you.

Compared to my first fan pad, this one is amazing. Cools my Laptop pretty quickly. I have an Alienware 15 and when im playing GTA 5, my laptop gets HOT, and my fan noise gets annoying on a scale from 1 -10 on loudness (8). This pad keeps my computer cool enough were my fan will come on, but its not blowing full blast getting annoying on a scale from 1 -10 on loudness (4).

This works great for my laptop! My laptop fan tends to run high a lot and gets pretty hot (it's 8 years old) and I worry about it. So I thought about a cooling fan. I don't know why I never got one before. I chose this one and I am glad that I did. I love that you can have some or all of the fans on and you can choose how high or low to have them on. You can even decide on how bright you want the light! The only downside is that my laptop is 17.3" and it slides sometimes on this (if I am laying down in bed) so I suggest the fan for smaller laptops. Anyway, this still works great for my laptop (and if I have it sitting just right when laying down) and I no longer worry about my laptop shutting down on me. That has happened before and I replaced it and that is why I looked into getting a cooling fan, so it didn't happen again. And it works wonderfully. I wish I had it sooner. Oh, well - lesson learned. As long as I learn from my mistakes, then they were worth making, I guess (positive spin!).

Fan bearings are of poor quality leading to a grinding sound when in operation for both sets of fans2. My device did not fit well on the surface of this cooler as it's depth, although reported as 292 mm, it was too short leading to unwanted direct case to case contact.3. The right mount stand snapped after a week and a half of usage and the plastic seems to be very flimsy

Feet snapped off within two weeks. I guess if you have a very light laptop/netbook this may work for you. I have an 17in Alienware. It did do a great job cooling though, dropped my temps 30 degrees when gaming. Now I use it flat and it still does an ok job. I just wish we had more options for laptop coolers, I don't mind paying a bit more for quality and for gods sake someone make a RGB cooler.

This is a nice unit for the price. There is variable speed dials for the center and rear two, and the front two. The legs are intuitive and cleverly designed, seem sturdy enough to support my 11lb behemoth. Although I have a lighter one on the way. Everything on it packages into itself, with a small storage compartment behind the tab to keep the laptop from sliding off, where you could put a flash drive or dongles into. The fan color isn't overwhelming and adds a nice under glow. Cooling performance on a laptop as inefficient as mine seems decent but not overly noticable. May be better on newer laptops.Edit: Does make the laptop fan run less on my ASUS ROG GL702ZC. Also ordered a second one to prop my home theatre projector on thanks to the variable angle and also helps circulate the air near the ceiling.

There was a crack on this cooling pad when it arrived but it still work like it supposed too.

Is very quiet and keeps my laptop cool, even when running some intense games. Be careful with the adjustable feet, though, they can break easily if you put too much stress on them--of course, stress from bending them the wrong way. My gaming laptop is pretty heavy and the feet hold it up with no issue.
