The future!
I bought this scooter for my daughter who has just turned 18, I also thought my son 16 would get some use out of it. Turns out scooters aren’t cool in the eyes of a teenager, however when they reluctantly had a go on it, they loved it, what’s more so do I. It’s a brilliant piece of kit and I think they will revolutionise short, local journeys, if I was a bit closer to work, I’d love to get rid of my car, especially with the current cost of fuel. When the box arrived my initial thought was, this is massive and heavy, unboxing it the weight conveys its quality, the weight also makes it feel safe, stable, and robust in use (it’s in no way flimsy). The only assembly required is attaching the handlebars, three wires need connecting within the stem as you do this. It takes about 5 minutes and there’s an alum key provided. The display is clear and easy to read, I did have to have a quick read through the instructions to figure out how to cycle through the speed settings, there’s also a load of info in the instructions about best practice for charging (maybe worth a read to get the most of your battery life). Powering on and off, cycling through the speeds and turning the lights on an off is all done via 1 button which is easy. The stand is good even on rough ground, its easy to fold up but I’ve not needed to do this as its kept in the garage. In use you need to give it a little push off then when you apply the throttle it pulls away at a good pace, at the top speed of 25kmh it feels fast, I’m not sure I’d want to go any faster. The three speed settings have some use when you are starting out to build confidence but after a while, we just left it at the fastest setting. The throttle is quick to respond and simple to control. The single disc brake is effective but a bit aggressive, I think if you applied it hard for an emergency stop you would end up coming off, I’ve found the right balance of applying it gently to slow down. I found I had to slow down a lot to turn it round and I had to do a big turning circle, my son was much more confident when it came to corning. The ride is firm, and the platform has plenty of room, even for the biggest of feet. It’s a bit heavy to hop up a curb and you don’t want to plough straight into it, its like hitting a speed bump in a car, it’s best to slow down for curbs and give it a little lift, with some practice you hardly have to slow to do it.After buying this for the kids I’ve been super impressed, as have family and friends who have tried it. I bought this Busbi model because a friend had the same one and recommended it, never heard of the brand before, that said when I searched scooters on Amazon I’d not heard of any of the brands. Maybe when they are road legal the big brand names will get involved. I look forward to the day when there are more scooters and bikes and less cars clogging up the road. For the build quality and loads of fun we have had using it I’d say its worth the price tag (might get another if Black Friday brings a discount)

Nice, But waste of Money in the UK
Very Good scooter, battery last well and charges quick and is very sturdy, BUT in the UK its a waste of money as you are not allowed to use it anywhere other than Private Land, so if your looking to buy to commute to work or school DON'T bother, i have been stopped a couple of times now buy police and had this almost taken off me, as they can Just take it off you and you can only get it it back IF its insured, But you cannot get insurance for them LMAO this country is a joke. i have been told you need a License and MOT and insurance to use them, You cannot get either lol. Stupid UK laws, DON'T BUY, shame as they are really good and this seller was good and prompt at sale and delivery, But here in the UK where we cannot even sort our laws out its just a waste of time, better off getting a Petrol guzzling, lots of fumes, dangerous to the environment Bike/Moped.even though Europe and America use them fine with some conditions like license and stuff this country cannot seem to make up there mind.

School commute game changer
Bought this for our daughter’s sixth form commute at new school, the school run was costings us both a couple of hours a day despite only being a few miles. I was a bit dubious at the outset as to how safe, secure and reliable it would be but needn’t have worried as this has been a game changer. Decent motor so you do feel like you are not dawdling whilst being easy to handle, seems to take the everyday terrain in the UK without issue. In terms of charging, seems to be efficient, she’s doing 3/4 miles everyday and seems to only need charging on 1 in three days. Couple of nice little extra’s are included the night light works well on the darker nights and the little lock it came with is sufficient.
