I use this on my puffy face, but use it in the bath or shower, because it leaks as it melts and does make a watery mess. I am happy with the results though. To open, you run whole thing under warm water. once you freeze it, water expands and it can be tough to open, but running water over it , it pops right open.

I love using this in the morning. It feels so nice on tired eyes. Can be hard to open once frozen. I just run it under hot water for a min.

These definitely do the job but they leak a bit and the lid is extremely difficult to get off when ready to use.You have to run it under water for a minute so to get the lid loose.Definitely does the job and I use it about 3x a week and no issues except the bit of leaking.

My daughter had a severe allergic reaction after using this. Idk if it was the chemicals that were on it to keep it fresh in the bag or what but it was bad.

I like the container but it is too big. I think a smaller one for my face would be better. It freezes great but I put aloe in mine with water, and wish it was a little smaller. Great for the price.
