Viva Naturals Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (Plastic Bottle)…

I take one tablespoon of the apple cider vinegar in a glass of water in the morning. This has been very helpful in controlling my acid re flux issues.

I am using it three times a day mixing it with hot sugar free tea and a small amount of honey. It has numerous health benefits. One benefit is it reduces leg cramps and getting rid of the pain in both legs I would often have before rising in the mornings

I am using this for my toenail fungus which is working wonders for it. I use a cup of this vinegar in warm to a little hot water (as much as you can tolerate comfortably) with two teaspoons of epsom salt. I soak my feet in it for half an hour. Then I rinse my feet with warm water alone, dry them completely and apply anti fungal cream on both my feet all over also purchased from Amazon. Last but not the least I apply tincture of iodine to my infected nails only, let them dry and go to bed. Doing real good so far. It is a must for me to mention here that I have hypersensitive skin all over and nothing seems to suit my skin but this combination is fine for my skin. People are actually complimenting me on how clean my toenails look and well groomed. I have stopped using nail polish and no socks. My cracked skin has healed completely and my feet are super soft. The footsoak before bed is like getting your feet washed in a washer and de stressing your feet completely. Straight to heaven and back. This vinegar is a good size, reasonably priced and really works.

I have always used regular apple cider vinegar,never raw organic apple cider vinegar the taste was different but easy to get use to. I brought this to add to a mixture to lower my blood pressure so, I wouldn't have to take Losartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablets with all the side affects. I just order a larger container. Happy to say my blood pressure is very good so far.

I buy Viva Naturals brand all the time for many different things. I know this is not the top brand for ACV, but I like it. Will try Bragg's next time I need to reorder so I can compare. Nice and smooth ACV. No complaints.

I just opened this box, and the bottle is cracked. It was wrapped very tightly in plastic, so the vinegar didn't leak outside of the box, but I didn't use it, juts tossed the broken bottle after dumping the remaining fluid down the sink. At least now I know why my dining room had a very faint vinegar smell for the past two months!

I bought this because so many reviewers were commenting about the superior taste. I really didn’t like the taste at all. I prefer the smoothness of Bragg’s. I know people have different opinions. However, the health benefits were all there and I finished the bottle. I am going back to Braggs though.
