ANIHANA Manuka Honey Conditioner Bar – Solid Hair Conditioner with Vanilla, Paraben-Free, Travel Friendly, Natural Healthy Look and Shine, 2.1 oz

My goal is to reduce my plastic waste so I've switched to bar shampoo and have tried several. This one lathers better than any other one I have tried. A few swipes of your scalp and hair and you get lots of suds and clean hair! I like the lavender scent as well. I will be buying again when this bar is gone.

I have tried three other solid shampoos and conditioners and this is the absolute winner! My hair was soft and not dry ..very easy to style. Very light and pleasant fragrance..it does smell like honey! I will absolutely be buying this again.

When I first purchased a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner bar, my girlfriend thought I was going a little too far with the hippie stuff. Now she’s ditched bottled shampoo and conditioner and even bought one for her shower at her mother’s house. She noted that her hair felt nice and soft, and liked that there wasn’t any build up on her scalp. I’m very sensitively scalped myself, and I’m constantly itching it at a slightest change in my environment, but this soap really reduces that. I definitely recommend taking a chance on the soap. You have little to lose as it’s pretty inexpensive. I also love that I can travel with this and opt out of hotel disposable bottles. Big win!

I've been struggling fo years to find a more natural shampoo for my straight, fine, oily, and apparently non - porous hair (doesn't absorb oils). I've tried the ones that use glucosides instead of sulfates but they just didn't clean my hair well. This is the first shampoo bar I've tried and overall I'm impressed, especially for the price. It contains mostly natural and unprocessed ingredients, and does the job of actually CLEANING my hair and not leaving it a flat, oily mess. It can be a bit drying however so I'm on the lookout for a natural conditioner to pair with it to balance things out. Unfortunately the ANIHANA conditioner that pairs with this bar contains parfum/artificial fragrance (yikes!) and the the other one has honey which I don't use. I keep my hair shoulder length and this bar has lasted me over a year! You really only need 3 or so swipes to clean your hair, and it spread's well too unlike a lot of other natural liquid shampoos I've tried. That's probably due to the sulfates, but again my hair seems to need them so I'm willing to compromise. One review complained about the scent smelling strong and artificial. Perhaps their bar was contaminated or fake because that has not been my experience. My bar has a very light, lavender smell that smells natural. The scent does not linger on your hair, which some people may or may not like. Overall this is a very good, 'natural' product that does what it's supposed to do. If you are 100% avoiding sulfates though this is not the product for you. But if you've tried everything else and are ok with them I recommend this product. You just might want to pair it with a conditioner.

First bar shampoo purchase, great job with shine without leaving hair too soft for styling. No real left over scent, so if you’re looking for fragrance this wont cut it. Surprised by the little required to suds up. Doesn’t leave my dry hair frizzed, which bottle product tends to do, big plus. Conditioner used on ends only, Easier for me to run the bar conditioner on desired areas & gently massage it in, as no suds so harder to gage when applying. Very satisfied thus far. I’ll definitely purchase again & perhaps try a different bar.

I bought this product quite a while ago, have been using it consistently, and am now leaving an informed review. First, I hate plastic and the danger of microplastics in our world is real. We should all be committed to doing our part to reduce. That’s why I bought solid shampoos and now this brand of solid conditioner. I really love the product itself. As long as you get your hair really wet, and get the conditioner coated on your hands and then apply it to your hair, it works incredibly well. You don’t need much, and it makes your hair really sleek, soft and shiny. I not only love the result, but the scent is beautiful. Light, sweet, fresh - everything we want. BUT, having used the product for months, the bar melts. I couldn’t keep it in the shower and finally put it in a plastic soap container. That worked for a while, but then the bar melted and formed into the shape of the container. All in all, this is fine. It just means that your commitment to not using plastic needs to go beyond a nice intention, and you have to put up with more inconvenience to stay true to your values. But if you do stick with this product, it’s a good one. A lot of this could be solved if the manufacturer simply made the design as a ‘soap on a rope’ so you could hang the bar up on a shower hook in between uses. Hopefully they’ll think about it :)

I have used this bar for two years now (on my third bar.) I love it! It moisturizes without being greasy. My hairdresser has complimented my hair health. My hair is straight, fine and on the greasier side but it can dry out fast too. The smell is light but also a bit like a citronella bug candle lol. Not the best smell but it doesn’t really last on the hair.

I am making the switch to shampoo bars from bottles, so I am trying to find The One. I am not totally sure if this is it, but it is a fantastic start if you are thinking of trying to switch. It smells amazing with a soft, lingering scent of honey that isn't overpowering, but leaves my entire bathroom pleasantly scented. It rinses clean and take so little to work up a good foam - I have waist-length hair and am still using this bar, going on 4 months. The conditioner bar also smells amazing, but it isn't as easy to use as the shampoo. It took me a bit to figure it out, but I discovered if I used it under the water, which seemed counterintuitive, it works better. That enables it to get fully saturated, which is necessary for it to actually work into your hair. All in all, the shampoo bar is better quality than the conditioner bar, but the conditioner bar IS good, when you get the hang of it. They rinse clean, keep my hair soft and shiney and smell fantastic.

This is a lovely conditioner bar and works well.

Other shampoos have left my hair greasy, but this one has left it completely smooth and slick! Definitely need more of this. Gonna get some the moment it gets back in stock.

This is a good value conditioner bar that's easy to use. It coats the hair well and moisturizes however, it's slightly too rich for my fine, on the oily side, hair.

This is a lovely soap. I had a little red mark on my nose for at least six months. It has now almost gone away! I suspect I have the manuka honey in the soap to thank for that. I will definately buy it again as my skin appearance has improved overall.
