Item arrived as described, no problems. Replacing the front glass on a phone is about the most complicated thing you can do. It requires a complete tear down of the phone. The new waterproof focus on G6 makes it harder to dissemble than previous phones. Do your research so you know what your getting into.Note that this pack does not include any adhesive to attach the screen with.

Its imposible to remove the screen from the LCD. The right fix is replacing the LCD that already comes with the screen.

Not for the inexperienced!
To anyone looking for an easy fix, buy a screen digitizer or buy the whole bezel for a few more bucks. You can replace just the screen but it requires a lot of patience. You need to heat the screen until the digitizer slides off the screen easily and you'll need about 5 layers of latex gloves because the glass will be about 160 degrees at that point. And then you need to make sure it's totally clean when you apply it to the replacement glass. No adhesive included is also a possible issue for someone trying it for the first time. But if you have patience and are willing to possibly mess up and waste a screen give it a shot and after practice it's actually a pretty easy fix and you'll be able to save a few bucks.Rating a product 1 star because you don't have the skill needed to use the product correctly is just foolish. The product is as advertised and for those who know what they are doing it is a good product. Anyone who is complaining about it didn't read the description or do their research before buying it.

Incomplete screen attachment. Waste of money.
They don't tell you but the the lcd screen should be attached to the screen. This is not a simple replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT without the LCD. I ordered it and THEN watched the how to replace videos and destroyed my working lcd. Had to just buy a new phone. Lessons learned. If I had done my research I'd have never bought just the screen.
