I got these noodles because I've been on the ketogenic diet for over a year and these have a low carb count compared to anything other than the shirataki noodles. These are so good though! We had them with beef stroganoff and they taste just like egg noodles. I had a large serving and they didn't knock me out of ketosis. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a noodle replacement with less carbs than normal noodles this may be for you; however, don’t expect them to be identical to the noodles you’re accustomed to. These noodles have a somewhat gritty texture, a different smell, and a slight taste that distinguishes them from traditional spaghetti noodles. Overall they’re... ok, if I'm really craving pasta they’ll do.

Just tried it last night with homemade “chili”, I was pretty amazed with the similarities in texture and taste, in a way you can tell the difference in taste a little. Will definitely continue buying, would love it in short pasta. Think would be great for pasta salads too. Water may take some color when boiling, completely normal.

I hesitated to eat this cause it looked like pretty gross but it actually tasted pretty good, even on its own. It also absorbs sauce pretty well. I had it with shrimp scampi and it was delicious!

Worst noodles ever compared to others I have had-saw dust texture! Yuck

I may have cooked them wrong, however I found these inedible. The taste was potent, the smell was a little off putting, and the texture was more like wet strips of soft string.

I am a carb/pasta lover. My waist size disagrees. These are a fairly decent sub for the carb filled version.

Horrible , will never buy again
