My daughter is just growing into size 10 clothes. This was slightly large on her through the shoulders. The waist on the skirt was larger and I was able to wrap the ribbon around my daughters waist a second time and tie it with enough ribbon to make a bow. The quality seems to be the typical leo quality. Not too thin and a decent amount of stretch. Overall, very happy with this item!

This is a nice quality leotard. I do think it is a little too snug compared to other children's clothing in this size range. My daughter usually wears a size 7/8 t-shirt and pants in children's sizing. She is 5 1/2 years old and she is 44 1/2 inches tall. I assumed that this size 6-8 that I ordered would be the "right" size at this time, and it does indeed fit. But SNUGLY. There is no spare room at all in it. She claims it isn't uncomfortable and that she does not want me to try to exchange it for a larger size. So I guess it will work for the next month that we will need to use it for a costume in a play. But I doubt it will fit a couple of months from now. I think it is a good product, and I will definitely order from this company again. But I would recommend ordering a size larger than the range you think your child wears right now if you are hoping that she will be able to wear it for a longer stretch of time than just the immediate use. As a side note, my daughter thinks it is beautiful, and she feels good wearing it. So that's a strength of this product!

My daughter wanted to be a cat for Halloween, but all the “costumes” I found online were just a set of ears and a tail. I didn’t want to drop a ton of money on something she’d likely only wear a few times. The leotard is decently thick, and the skirt fit well. I had to wrap it, but I expected that and it didn’t present an issue.I did order up a size as my daughter is tall for her age. She is five and I ordered the size large (6-8 years). I doubt it will fit her next year. She is 47 inches tall and 50 pounds.

Bought for my 4 year old perfect fit for winter classes .... the only complaint is the skirt is a tie on and is extremely long if you don’t have a sewing machine you may run into the issue of having to tie an unattractive know that includes some of the skirt.
