Very disappointed.
Not very sharp. Really disappointed. I have a same make pairing knife which is supper sharp cuts through anything I bought at Lidi have been trying to find a larger knife of same make, this knife is nothing like the smaller knife.

Sharpens well, durable
Made from a single piece of metal, design couldn't be simpler. It's the only chef knife I've used over the last 10 years that sharpens and cuts like new. Great value.
