HD Vision Sunglasses, Ultra [Electronics]

Did not send the exact glasses that are advertised. I returned them

I bought a pair of these years ago and loved them. Unfortunately the glasses I received were not what was pictured.

These are not the glasses pictured. Very close in design but stems shaped a bit differently and did not come in the "as sen on TV" box. These glasses came in a box labeled "Darvi HD Glasses" and while they show a graphic of the sun and captioned "100% Protection"; nowhere on the box is there listed UV A or B and no peel off sticker on the lens stating UV protection as you usually see. So I don't know. I hate to be so skeptical but everything today is buyer beware unfortunately.As far as the glasses themselves; they appear to have the same level of tint as the glasses pictured but the stems are very straight, lacking the curve you see in the advertised picture. They are even different from the picture on the box it came in! The fit feels a bit loose but they stayed in place even when I shook my head in all directions as hard as I could. The frames have a very stiff, rigid feel which makes them feel very fragile as opposed to other plastic frames that are a bit softer and have a little give to them.So apart from feeling fragile and having no "official" UV protection label they fit well and seem to offer the same level of sharpness and tint as the other brand. I will update this review once I had sufficient time to test them out but I'm going to contact the seller immediately about the UV protection. They can say UV protection in the product description but having nothing but a vague picture of a sun and 100% protection is not good enough. I want to see an official UV a and b label somewhere.

I love these glasses but they are very fragile. I am on my 5th pair. Otherwise I would rate them 5 stars.

At first glance I did not like the coloured upper section of the glasses but that was inside the house. We had some brilliant sunny days lately so I thought I would try them outside where they would be used in practice.I was really surprised at how they did not just make the images dimmer but in fact CLEARER and cut the dazzle at the same time.So they are great glasses but I just hope the hinges do not go as most sunglasses tend to do.STAN CHUNWellingtonNew Zealand

I love the hd vision sunglasses. I don't know if this are a new version but regardless, the picture and what was delivered are to different styles, material, and tint

Very little darkening but great UV filtering makes it easy to see while driving or outside working on stuff without having to squint at all. My eyes adjust way quicker when going from looking at something bright then looking at something in a dark/shaded area and it is easier to see the darker area since there is no darkening on the glasses.

I stumbled onto these glasses several years ago. I bought him and wasn't sure what to expect but I absolutely love them! One of the things I really like is when you're out in the sun, you don't have to squint. Even when we travel to the Caribbean, we didn't have to squint all the time because it was so bright. These glasses allow you to look through the lenses just like regular glasses. They also make a great hair band to hold back my wild and unruly hair. I wear them most days, year round so if I'm not using them as sunglasses than they hold back my hair!!
