Great coffee maker.
Brews coffee just fine. This Ninja coffee maker is an upgrade compared to my last coffee maker. There are a couple of things I had to get used to.What I found different is there is no fill markers on the carafe itself and the water fill lines are on the reservoir, easily seen and not on the inside like my last machine. Also I found the carafe very large with a wide pour spout. So when pouring your coffee, make sure to pour straight and even and slowly otherwise it will pour out wide.Another thing I liked is the controls were easy to learn . This is one of the better coffee makers I have owned.

Great coffee maker!
This coffee maker not only looks good, but it also takes up very little space and the coffee is HOT! My Keurig Duo never made the coffee this hot. The only downside for some users may be that you need to add only as much water as you want to use because the coffee maker will heat and pump out ALL of it. I really like the Ninja.

Great coffee pot
I’ve had this two weeks and love it. It makes really hot coffee which I love and is easy to use. I like the detachable reservoir that allows for regular cleaning. I never give five stars but I can’t think of a single improvement. The test will be how long it lasts. Seems well made though.

Nice coffeemaker, terrible water tank placement
We have had the 12-cup Ninja for years and we decided to get this one for the extra two cup capacity. It's actually a very nice coffeemaker. The pot DOES NOT leak from the spout as some of the reviews suggest. You do have to take care when pouring the first cup from a full pot because if you tip the pot too far forward coffee will drip from the center of the cover at the dome. The trick is to hold the pot high enough when pouring so it's not tipped too far forward. The glass pot does not have cup markings so you do have to guess how much coffee is left in the pot at any given time, but we are used to that from our previous one.The copper color is very attractive. It is very low profile and doesn't take up a lot of space. We like the delay program. It's very easy to turn on and off. The auto shut off kicks in after the warm function finishes. Ours is set to 4 hours. It's easy to set the time and to program it. The coffee is very hot just the way we like it. The coffee tastes great, but I credit that to the quality of the beans used and not the actual coffeemaker. There is no odd plastic smell to the coffeemaker. The only issue is the location of the water tank. They put it in back on this model instead of on the side and it's terrible placement. We have to constantly pull the coffee maker away from the side of the refrigerator to put the tank in and out. The tank goes off balance trying to insert it because it has to match up perfectly to the area where the ground coffee goes. It's very awkward and so annoying trying to juggle it when it's full to get it lined up correctly. I deducted one star because it really takes away from the overall appeal of the coffee maker. We think it's a good value for the price paid, and it is actually very nice, except for the water tank placement.

Awesome coffee maker from Ninja!
This Ninja coffee maker is pretty awesome for a low cost maker. Brewing 14 cups at a time is great as we drink a lot of coffee around here. I tried the 'Rich' setting today for the first time and it really does enrichen the finished coffee. The coffee is also HOT, HOT, HOT! It does get very hot. I'm really pleased with this coffee maker and highly recommend it.

Coffee maker that has a built in filter makes very smooth coffee!
Best coffee maker yet in my opinion. Coffee is smooth. Love the built in filter. Love that it has extra cups of coffee for our coffee loving house! Works amazing.

Great product!!!
I bought this coffee maker several months ago and am delighted with it. I love the way it works ie; water storage on back, top has the measuring spoon for coffee ( I use less this way) it has a normal and a rich setting. The carafe is wonderful. Say goodbye to coffee grounds! I would buy this one again in a heartbeat.

Brew is not hot enough, copper finish not as bright as pictured.
This is the second Ninja coffee maker I've owned in the past few years. Recently, the gold filter failed on my original one, and the reservoir had formed black mold in an area that couldn't be cleaned, so when I considered replacing these parts I opted to just buy a new coffee maker because it wasn't much more money (the shipping through Ninja isn't cheap!), especially given it was on sale. Also, I noticed the coffee was never as hot as I preferred, and always wondered if it was due to a faulty heating element. Another reason I decided to buy a new one was that I loved the copper finish on the new model. So, the coffee is no hotter, and the copper finish is far lighter than displayed. Once this coffee maker begins to fail, likely in a few years, I'm hoping a new and different option will be available. The brew is delicious, it's just not hot enough.
