Well, If I were able to find pants in my length, perhaps then I could be happier. However, this little machine saved the day. My home sewing machine unexpectedly stopped working. Not sure where to take if for repair, didn't want to spend over $100.00 to buy a new one. I look on Amazon to see what I could find, and here we are. My skill set stops at straight hems. That is really all I need to do. When I saw this machine, I was skeptical. I read the other reviews, weighed them, and then for 20 bucks, rolled the dice. WINNER!!. This machine is very small, straight forward and easy to use given you watch the YouTube video. I spent about 10 to 15 minutes familiarizing with the machine and BAM!! Hemmed 2 pairs of pants. I used the DC wall plug and the foot pedal. The foot pedal controls the machine like a big sewing machine, the machine does not operate unless you depress the pedal. I did not use the AC power source so I can't comment on that. This machine is as described. Basic and for beginners. For me, I found it easier to use than my other machine. It has two speeds, I worked with the slow speed and got my hems done first round. The stitches are spot on. It does not back stitch, so I just turned my cuffs in the opposite direction a time or two as was able to over stitch to finish the hem. I thought about hand sewing before purchasing, however that takes more time and looks like crap. This machine is by no means "high end". But it is of a very high quality for the price point. I believe that if I stay within the limitations of the machine and treat it with care it will last for a while. Finding stuff like this is truly wonderful. The machine did not cost a lot and after two pairs of pants, it paid for itself. Depending on your skill set, there is much more that can be done with this machine.I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case...…………….I'm very pleased.

I bought this on a whim to make an hilarious costume for me and my noble steed. Makes sense, right? Why not use the baby sewing machine on a super XL project? Despite being over-matched, this was the Little Sewing Machine that Could.The Pros: It worked great on felt, sewing through 4 layers at some points with not much trouble at all. Easy to thread, both speeds are easy to work with. Super portable-it fit in a smallish bag. Came with extra needles, threader, 3 bobbins full of thread (2 white and 1 black) and two empties. Cord lengths reasonable.The Cons: Noisy! Instructions take some figuring out-both bobbin winding and the instructions for resetting the hook inside, bobbin winding requires you to move the thread to fill it evenly. Stitch gauge wasn't consistent (could be user error) Foot pedal small. Too small for large-yardage projects. (duh)Final Analysis: I'll have to move up to a grown-up sewing machine to continue humiliating the horse. But I won't be getting rid of this one, unless it's to a deserving youngster. I feel confident giving this machine to a reasonably mature child who wants to learn how to sew. It worked, after all, for a reasonably immature adult. ;)

This mini sewing machine is great for little projects and as a beginner sewer it does JUST what I need. The thread that comes in the bobbins are absolute crap and often bunch up and seize the machine. I would recommend threading your own bobbins and the jobs go much smoother. The only downfall I have with the machine is that my self-threading bobbin feature doesn't work. Overall for the price, this was a great purchase!

I bought this sewing machine in January and just opened it. When you open it there is already a piece of fabric that is partly sewed and it looks perfect. I finished sewing it and it worked perfectly fine. Then, when I put a new piece of fabric in it worked for the first stitch and then broke down immediately. A few minutes later it started smelling like burnt plastic. I unplugged it but it still was giving off the smell. After that, I figured out that the needle was also bent and then it suddenly snapped in half. Ten minutes later the sewing machine was still giving off the burnt-plastic smell. I would NOT recommend buying this product. The needles were very flimsy and the instructions were very confusing and perplexing. You definitely get what you pay for with this $25 sewing machine. :(

I bought this in April of last year. I thought it was really cool for a compact simple sewing solution. I then tucked it away in my closet and finally opened it up this January 2022 only to discover that the bottom wheel is completely jammed. I was hoping that Customer Service might read this review and offer a way to fix it as I could not find a customer service number or email on the website? It seems like a decent product but I never got a chance to even test it out. I also wanted to say that when I called Amazon after the one-month return window had closed and the kindly representative was very helpful despite my purchase of the product over 8 months ago. She then offered me a full refund. Since I really wanted to try the product I may very well buy it again or go for something a little beefier. Cheers.

I want to start off by saying I've only used this a couple times so far, so I can't speak to the durability. This is a perfect sized sewing machine for quick alterations. I often find myself doing small DIY projects to either alter an existing dress I own or make a simple one from scratch. I'm also a beginner and this is literally the first sewing machine I purchased (always hand sew stuff before). Works quite fast and the instructions it comes with are clear. It also comes preset with spools so you don't have to worry about setting it up for the first few uses. The size is perfect to stow away without taking up much space. Hopefully this will last a long time!

This machine comes pre-threded, is easy to use and the instructions are clear. Roughly half an hour into using the machine, the little lightbulb went out (burned) on me. I immediately contacted the seller and have been met with quick and courteous service. I received a new one in the mail after a couple of interactions back and forth. I only wish that this machine came with a reverse sewing capability!

The media could not be loaded. I was unable to stich and found that the part of it is loose as shown in video. I was unable to find out what the fault is with the product as I'm well aware of sweing machine. Disappointed and i hv no idea how to fix that part.
