I like my bowls now I can have clear soup just like when I got to my favorite Japanese restaurant

I get a lot of compliments on these bowls, they are small enough to use in a cramped setting but deep enough to hold a lot of soup. The spoons are the right size for a big helping of something yummy. The red against the black accentuates the food and sets a mood for the meal. I have bought 8 of these.

I bought these based on the reviews. First, they are 3 1/2” tall and 5” in diameter. I would consider them medium bowls. Second, mine arrived unbroken. That packing is sufficient. Amazon could have added a few air pillows but they still arrived in perfect condition. Third, no problem with the finish. Four, the chopsticks are cheap. We have porcelain ones which are much nicer.I really thought think they’re a pretty good value. I would’ve liked them to be a tad bit bigger, but my family can always get seconds.I still recommend them. It's too bad the descriptions are not better. I bought these solely based on the reviews.

This is a very nice set for our family. Just the right size, love the color and the bowls and chop sticks are good quality. My husband and son use the bowls for just about everything.

These were a gift for my son at college. They arrived quickly and look just like the picture. He likes to cook at his apartment and he’s really enjoying using them! Good value for the money

Bowls look really good, they are perfect size and also durable. Great for soup. Spoons and chop sticks are a bonus!

The bowls are very nice. Good quality and nice looking. The spoons match the bowls and are ceramic. The chopsticks are kind of cheap. My guess would be they won't survive too many washes. The reason for the semi-low rating is that I only received 2 spoons when there should have been 4. The set appears to have come straight from the factory missing the spoons (no open package, etc.) I see other folks have had spoons or chopsticks missing as well. My advice is to just buy this set for the bowls and if you get 4 sets of chopsticks and spoons: BONUS. If you really need these items: AVOID.
