Which cinnamon is in the tea; ceylon or cassia? Does anyone know??

This is my favorite tea as it has just the right touch of cinnamon for my taste. The package does not indicate the origin of the spice. I would suggest contacting Bigelow to find the answer.

How many calories (if any) are in the cinnamon stick black tea?

The box (and the foil wrapped tea bags) does not list the calories. Ingredients are black tea and cinnamon. Pretty sure it would be zero or close to it. Hope that helps!
