Great weight lifting hooks. I ordered these for my son-in-law to use at the gym and he is very impressed with them. They are comfortable to wear with a thick neoprene padded strap and a rubber coated strong steel hook and provide good wrist support. He was more than happy with them.

I mean, these lifting hooks are good. They work very well. Again, very strong. You can't adjust the strap part. Why? I mean by that is the actual hook. He cannot adjust it, It's fixed. So when you're lifting you will be lifting exactly how it is. For some people this may be uncomfortable because their fingers maybe not be long enough. So it makes it quite difficult, but for others is probably a smooth transition, very smoothly. Effectively done it does. He didn't cause me any issues surprisingly. Even though my hands are quite small, my fingers managed to get around and hook. If you get hooks like this which are firm and stuck in place, then they're cool and easy to use. Especially for lifting heavy weights such as when you're doing deadlifts or Romanian deadlift, it's very easy to use. Even if you're doing Rose, it works well as well. Generally speaking, quality is really good. Straps on my wrist very well, haven't had any issues with it, and I definitely recommend it, especially for the price.
