Great, versatile 12v transformer.
I bought this transformer to replace an old, two channel transformer that stopped working. I’ve wanted to add a 12v underwater spotlight to my fish pond, so I thought it was a great time to get that third channel.I’ve been using this transformer now for a couple months and I really love it. I’m was able to install the pond light and have it scheduled for a different time then the other two channels. The 120v plug, I plan to use for my LED Christmas lights this year. Again, being able to run those on a different schedule than my landscape lights and pond light is awesome. It includes a display that indicates how much capacity you are currently using. What a great feature. Don’t expect to be able to operate your lights using the app on your phone like other appliances from a different location. You will need to disconnect from your home WiFi and connect to the transformer and be in close range. It is convenient to set the schedules for each channel and can easily be done from the app. I like that you can see the schedules for all four channels in one glance. All in all, this is a great, versatile transformer. I definitely recommend it.

Wi-Fi is Near Useless
Nice transformer. Easy to install. I like the 3 -12VAC channelsand the one 120V channel. It say on the site. But the 120V is 1,000 watts. The Wi-Fi feature is NOT what you are thinking. It can only be accessed directly from your phone. Not thru your home network. It is not a smart system where you can simply open the app and control your lighting.Buy something else.

If you're getting this for the wifi control, please read
I purchased this for one reason: to enable wifi control of multiple zones of landscape lighting. The cheaper/easier way of doing this is to buy a "dumb" transformer that has a manual switch, leave it on, and connect it to a smart outlet. This transformer is absolutely the more cumbersome means of achieving the same thing, but if you have/want multiple zones (including a switched outlet), this is pretty much the only affordable way to go if you don't want to mount/use multiple transformers. My set-up includes a RaspberryPi 4 and Homebridge, which enables me to connect a variety of things to Apple Homekit that otherwise wouldn't work. As an aside, if you have an Apple-based home control ecosystem, Homebridge is a must-have.I don't think this transformer is still available, but in case someone has one and is trying to connect it up, I've posted this review to help others avoid the frustration I've had.To use this transformer with Homebridge/Homekit, two requirements:1. The RaspberryPi (or other computer) needs to have an unused wifi channel. Mine is connected to my system with ethernet. The RPI4 includes wifi, so that wifi channel is available. The configuration for this is to connect your Homebridge server (RPI4, in my case) to ethernet and then connect the server to this transformer via wifi. If it isn't obvious, the wifi connection is then dedicated to the transformer as there's no other utility for the wifi bridge on the transformer. You can't use the wifi connection for anything else while the transformer is connected (and it needs to stay connected to work with Homebridge/Homekit).2. The RaspberryPi (or other computer) needs to be physically VERY close to the transformer. Assuming you don't have line-of-sight between them (common, as the transformer should be mounted outside or in a shed or garage and the RPI should NOT be in an non-climate-controlled environment), the range seems to be about 10 feet. Beyond that, the wifi reception is too spotty to maintain a consistent connection, which will disrupt your Homebridge server, your Homekit environment, and your mood as it's a frustrating situation to troubleshoot. If your connection seems to disconnect frequently (resulting in "This plugin slows down homebridge" errors or endless "updating" or "No Response" in Homekit), most likely your server is physically too far from the transformer.Once the physical environment is set up, search for the "Homebridge Paradise" plugin on Homebridge and follow the ReadMe instructions. It's pretty straight forward from there. Some other things I did, which may or may not have helped (instructions available elsewhere):1. I turned off "Power Management" on my RPI wifi2. I ran a script to reduce the frequency of the wifi device's polling of the transformer's signal. This seems to reduce the chance that a 'flutter' in the transfomer's wifi signal will take down Homebridge (which struggles sometimes to automatically reset itself when it temporarily loses the connection)3. I have the Homebridge plugin loaded in a "Child Bridge" on Homebridge, which prevents it from taking down the entire Homebridge environment when the wifi misbehaves. This is very easy to do with the recent updates to Homebridge's UI.So, bottom line, this works for me consistently now and the ability to use three different landscape light zones and an outlet (to which I've connected a red outdoor light that illuminates any time one of my yard gates is open...SO helpful to keep the dogs from escaping!) is great.Hope this helps others!

Easy to control my landscape lights
This product is very easy to use. The instructions are complete, and pairing your phone to control it via the app is simple. The reason for not giving the last star is that it does not connect to your home WiFi, you must connect your phone to the unit’s built in WiFi, then control the lights. It’s not difficult to do, and the range is decent, but it is less convenient than if it just connected to your home network. Once I switch over, I can control it from the whole space it’s in, I don’t have to be right next to it (about 25 feet in any direction). It is a nicer solution than just a timer you have to manually control.

4 zone unit really works well!
I love this smart transformer. I have it in a closet and it's controlling 2 separate 12v circuits and 120v lights for my flagpole. Since I have it in a closet, I use the "Sunwise" setting instead of the sensor. It works well. Every night, it calculates when to come on and off based on my time zone and geo location. Easy to set, easy to install and it works well.

Ok for one year then dead
This transformer worked as described for one year and a week, but stopped working yesterday. During its short life, the timer worked correctly, but programming it is clumsy. It is not really a "smart" device. Yesterday it just stopped working. No power, no lights...dead It has always been mounted safely on a wall indoors and plugged into a surge protected GFCI outlet, so it never saw any lightening or weather. To add insult to injury, the only way to contact them about repair/replacement is to go to their website, but the warranty claim form on their site doesn't work. There's no email, phone number ., or any other way to get in touch with them. The warranty is only one year so since it died after a year plus a week, I'm out of luck. Planned obsolescence. I guess I'll replace it with a reputable brand.

Great versatility, Easy Setup, Works Great!
This little thing is exactly what I was looking for and it works perfectly! The other reviews have it under-rated. I have six low voltage LED path lights and one 30watt LED 120v spotlight for our palm tree. The 120v light plugs right into the extra 120v outlet on the box while the six path lights run into one of the low voltage channels. The 120v outlet can be set to the same timer as your low voltage lines. The WIFI timer setup is easy through the app. Just make sure you are connected directly to the transformers own WIFI, not your house WiFi. I recommend!

Perfect source of light for my backyard
The media could not be loaded. Best thing I like about this transformer is that it has 4 different output channels, 3 for 12v and one for 120v and you can control/set on/off differently for each channel. I am using total 26 landsxape lights out of which 22 are 5w and 4 are 6w each. Total 134 watts of load if I am not wrong and No issues at all. The other satisfying thing I like about this is that it was working fine even in -40 degrees Celsius. Still needs to mount it at a good location.

Outdoor lighting worked like a charm!
This unit was easy to install and program. It allowed me to install outdoor lights in the garden easily and effectively. Highly recommend this unit.
