The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my 84 yr old cast iron bathtub after the plumber threw away the original one. I don't know how long until this bathtub will be replaced, and I want to be able to take baths and not just shower. I also wanted something that looked nice. The description said it could be used for any drain of that size. However, their measurements are wrong!!!It's actually 1 5/8" from the bottom to the underside of the top. This extra 1/2" in height is critical for anyone with a bathtub (or potentially a sink as well) that has crossbars in the drain because it's just barely long enough to not work. I'm posting this review for others to see the workaround I did. It's not ideal, but it does work!First off, this product is made incredibly well. And it's beautiful! I bought it in satin nickel, and it matches the rest of my new, high-end hardware perfectly. It's solid, really heavy, and doesn't have a single flaw. I expect this thing to outlast me - lol! It came with two extra washers to adjust for sizing in a heavy duty plastic zip bag as shown in their description. And it arrived packaged absolutely perfectly, even with a tissue wrapping over the top, a plastic cap over that, the entire thing in a heavy duty plastic zip bag and everything in a box. And then in the Amazon bubble wrap mailer. Perfect!I did have to get needle nose pliers and wrap the post with an old sock to remove it because it was wound tighter into the bottom than it was into the top. After that I tightened it hard into the top and just screw it lightly into the bottom.So to make it work for my drain I put the largest washer on the base as high as I could without removing the one that's already there. This does make it stick up a little higher than it should, and the washer moves when I take it out of the drain. But it seals fine, and I can still use the toe-operated pop-up feature. I probably wouldn't have paid full price knowing the size is wrong, but the larger button is definitely prettier, more modern and more functional than the smaller ones. It's good enough.I would encourage the seller to correct their advertisement, but regardless, I would definitely recommend this sink/tub stopper!

We really like them. They make our sinks look better. The stoppers are working very good.

This was the easiest thing to install and so much easier than all those stoppers you get at lowes and all, which need you to go under the sink take off pipes and stuff. This one was so simple, just put it in the hole press it down and it works perfectly. The sink fills water when I press it down and press it down again and the water flows out.

Nice for the sink - the original stopper broke so I needed something to put in its place and didn’t want to remove the old stopper parts - fit perfect and works great - will be buying another one.

Update: This stopper does not allow the sink to completely drain and that will cause dirt/water stain buildup around the drain.Easy to install but this has a major design flaw. The retaining grove machined in the body is too close to the top of the barrel that goes into the drain. I actually placed the silicone ring below the machined grove that it is supposed to fit in. It works okay but I have to be very careful when removing it to clean because the silicone ring slides down the body and can come off and fall into the drain tube. I might return it, I'll wait until the return window is about to close then I'll decide.I'm looking for another pop up/push down for another drain. I will not be buying another one of this brand & design.

It's removable and very easy to clean. It fits perfectly, good quality and looked very expensive.
