It did not when I ordered it, just the bedspread.

No ! The stitching would come loose . I love my quilt though it’s beautiful!

I only bought the quilt. I would like to think you would be getting two pillow covers.

I would order the king size for a queen size bed. Please wash before using just because you should. But the longer you use these blankets the softer they become
