The 4 wheel don't have the mesh layer.

It did not come with any instructions to put it together. Would it be possible to have them e-mailed to me?

This broke the first time I used it and I returned it. There's no way it holds the weight it's rated for. I honestly don't remember if it had instructions with it or not.
