Bought this to throw a dog themed birthday party and it was a hit. Loved that the dogs were actual dogs vs cartoon looking. Only thing I wished the set had were matching cups. The tablecloth was on the nicer side of being plastic. It was not that cheap shear stuff you get at box stores. It was much thicker which was nice to see for once.

The graphics are cute and definitely tie into the theme of a dog party. We set everything up to see what we have and will need for our dog's birthday party next month. The tablecloth shows a variety of dog breeds, but I wish ours was also there. We have two Pomeranians. Next month we will have Sadie's pups coming to visit us along with their owners, so we'll have six dogs and ten people at this party. It is a good thing that this set comes with napkins and plates for 20. You can see in the pictures that the two parents are enjoying their treats on the plates and have endorsed them for their party. I am having trouble however getting the dogs to use the napkins. The plastic tablecloth should protect the dining table which seats and picks up on the dog motif. You may need to be careful with the plates and hold them in the middle. They would probably bend if filled with food if people are walking around with the plates. You'll also need to buy and add cutlery and cups or glasses to complete the party setup.

When you purchase this, you really need to understand that these are, for all intents and purposes, just cake plates, maybe snack plates, but you aren't going to be able to fit a meal on this. One hamburger bun takes up the whole plate. Similar with a hotdog. And a slice from a large pizza will hang over the edges.With that being said, they are really cute plates. The funny dog faces dressed in party gear is really cute. The plates are thin, but should hold up to cake or a handful of chips. The plastic table cloth and napkins are nice. I wish it came with matching cups. That would have been a nice completion to the set.

We used these for my son’s birthday party. The products are all very thin and images are not as vibrant as expected. Even my photos make them look better than they do in person. The images are very cute, they just didn’t pop like I thought they would. The plates are not very sturdy, we used them for cake and small subs. The tablecloth is very thin and not very wide. It barely fit our standard dining table. It held a lot of static so it took some patience to smooth out on the table. Similar products at the dollar store are better quality and more durable. I wouldn’t spend more than $5-$7 on this set.
